Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with love to ensure your gifts arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.

Delivery Within Ireland

We currently offer the following shipping options throughout the Republic of Ireland:

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is placed and include preparation and shipping time.

Business days exclude weekends and Irish public holidays.

Order Preparation

At Pretty Little Gifts, many of our products and gift boxes are individually prepared and carefully packaged.

We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. During particularly busy periods, preparation may take a little longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Partner

We plan to use An Post for deliveries within Ireland.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where a tracked delivery service is used.

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery option is intended for customers who would like their gifts sooner.

Express orders are prioritised for preparation and dispatch, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on orders of €85 or more within the Republic of Ireland.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders meeting the minimum spend and does not include Express Delivery.

Delivery Delays

Although we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at prettylittlegifts.ie@gmail.com.

We will do our best to assist before dispatch. If an order has already been shipped, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We take great care when packaging our products, particularly fragile mugs and glass tumblers.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or does not arrive, please contact us at prettylittlegifts.ie@gmail.com.

For damaged items, photographs of the packaging and product can help us resolve the issue more quickly.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available at checkout.

We hope to introduce international delivery in the future.
